Refund policy

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please create a customer account and log into your portal to submit your return request.

You can exchange or return items within 14 days after receiving your order.

You, the customer, is responsible for return shipping costs.

Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will send an email notification once your return request is received and when your refund is approved. Once approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please all 3-5 business days for your band or credit card company to process and post the refund.
